The Mentor provides the experience that will help to shed light on whatever path you are taking, guiding you through opportunities and challenges. The Coach will keep you focused on the process and actions of achieving the outcomes needed to create your new reality. Having both together increases effectiveness and success.

Mr G for training will push you to your limits, as it is only beyond these that you will actually grow. When you practice what you are learning, it is important that the trainer does not stand outside the process, but will do what you have to do, as well, showing that they are always learning too. Mistakes are only showing you how you can do it better.
